Helpline at the Devon county show
From the 18th-20th of May 2017, The Devon County Show is treating their visitors to three days of the very best of food, farming, entertainment and fun! As one of the most popular and prestigious events in the South West, we are extremely proud to be making our first exhibition at the event this year.
We’re excited to be joining this year’s abundance of events and guests, which include a visit from 2-star Michelin chef Michael Caines, a pedigree dog show, Monster Trucks, and even a chance to get hands-on and drive a tractor or a 4 x 4 yourself!
Amongst the weekend of fun, we are particularly looking forward to ‘Devon Remembers’, a tribute to the 11,500 men and women from the county who tragically lost their lives in the First World War – including a stunning display of 32,000 handmade poppies thanks to the people of Devon.
BETWEEN EVENTS AND PERFORMANCES AT THE DEVON COUNTY SHOW, HELPLINE WILL BE THERE TO DEMONSTRATE THE VARIOUS DIFFERENT SUPPORT SYSTEMS WE OFFER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING.
Something we are particularly excited for is the opportunity to meet so many new people. At Helpline, we are strong advocates of providing a bespoke service to fit individual’s requirements and know there is no better opportunity to learn about each person’s unique situation than with the face to face conversations. For us, the event is such a fantastic opportunity.
Come find us for a chat! We will be in Avenue L but if you can’t find us, you can always hop on the Devon Eye to spot us in the crowd.
We hope to see you there!
